PSE index up on late buying

The Philippine Stock Exchange( PSE) index rallied in the last half hour of trading to close higher on Monday.
The PSE index rose 100.15 points to 5,610.98. In the broader market, there were 112 gainers, 70 losers and 46 unchanged.
Volume reached 540 million worth P5.2 billion from Friday's 491 million shares valued at P5.95 billion.
Most active shares were led by BDO, unchanged at P98.50; Jollibee, up P15 to P135 and Ayala Corp., up P10 to P508. DMS
