Stocks decline, peso unchanged at P53.42:$1

Stocks declined on Friday, with the Philippine Stock Exchange closing at 7, 186.71, down 46.86 points.
In the broader market, there were 127 decliners, 65 gainers and 45 shares unchanged.
Volume reached 843.7 million worth P4.9 billion from Thursday's 680.8 million valued at P5.2 billion.
Foreigners were net sellers, with selling at P2.93 billion and buying at P2.29 billion.
Most active shares were led by Metrobank, down 2.79 percent to P69.75; Ayala Land, down 2.39 percent to P36.70 and BDO Unibank, up 0.39 percent to P128.50.
The peso closed unchanged at P53.42 against the US dollar. Volume amounted to $506.5 million from the previous day's $520.5 million. DMS
