Stocks slightly lower, peso gains to P50.29:$1

Stocks ended lower on Wednesday, with the Philippine Stock Exchange index finishing 3.35 points to 8,362.61.
In the broader market, there were 110 decliners, 84 gainers and 50 unchanged.
Volume reached 830.54 million shares worth P5.26 billion. Foreigners were net sellers with P2.10 billion sold and P1.87 billion bought.
Most traded shares were led by BDO Unibank, up 0.73 percent to P 151.40; Cebu Air, up 0.26 percent to P97 and Jollibee, down 0.33 percent to P243.80.
The peso gained to P50.29 against the US dollar from P50.39 the previous day. Volume at the Philippine Dealing System reached $490.50 million to $604.70 million. DMS
