Abe, Saudi Crown Prince likely discuss Iran situation

Tokyo--Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman are believed to have exchanged opinions on the situation in Iran in their phone talks on Thursday.
Abe is arranging a visit to Iran in the middle of June.
In the phone talks, Abe and Salman confirmed that Japan and Saudi Arabia will work together at a Group of 20 summit planned to be held in the western city of Osaka in late June. Saudi Arabia is a member of the G-20 club.
They also agreed to cooperate closely for peace and prosperity in the Middle East. Jiji Press
