Abe voices sympathy over shooting in talks with Trump

TOKYO- Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe held telephone talks with US President Donald Trump Wednesday night to extend his condolences for the victims in the Las Vegas gun shooting.
The talks lasted some 10 minutes. Trump told Abe that he appreciates such warm words and that "Shinzo" is a true friend.
After the talks, Abe told reporters that he made Trump know Japanese people are 100 percent with US citizens. Jiji Press
