Demonstration in Okinawa

OKINAWA- Protesters stage a demonstration in the village of Kitanakagusuku after a CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter burst into flames a day earlier, Okinawa prefecture, southern Japan, Thursday, 12 October 2017. On 11 October late afternoon, a CH-53E chopper belonging to the US Marines made a forced landing in a field due to an inflight fire. According to information released by the first Marine Aircraft Wing, no injuries to the crew or civilians are reported following the incident. Jiji Press
