Japan, Switzerland discuss sanctions against N. Korea

Tokyo-Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and visiting Swiss President Ueli Maurer on Monday affirmed the need to fully implement U.N. Security Council sanctions resolutions against North Korea over its nuclear and missile development.
At their meeting, held at the prime minister's office in Tokyo, Abe asked Switzerland to cooperate for resolving the issue of Japanese nationals abducted by North Korea decades ago.
He stressed that Switzerland is an important partner in tackling various issues facing the international community. Jiji Press
