TOKYO- This undated handout photo obtained from the US Navy on November 12, 2017 shows the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) and USS Nimitz (CVN 68) Strike Groups transitting the Western Pacific with ships from the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force.
