Noke Named Japan’s New Ambassador to Egypt

Tokyo- The Japanese government decided Tuesday to name Masaki Noke, former head of the secretariat for the Cabinet Office's International Peace Cooperation Headquarters, as new ambassador to Egypt, effective on Wednesday.
Noke, 58, entered the Foreign Ministry in 1982. His former posts also include director-general of the ministry's Consular Affairs Bureau. Jiji Press
