Suspected Arsonist Detained after Escape in Central Japan

Nagoya- A man suspected of arson was detained in Nagoya in the central Japan prefecture of Aichi Wednesday night after fleeing from a local hospital the day before.
The 57-year-old suspect, Yasuhiro Ogura, was found sitting on a bench at a local electronics store, prefectural police said.
Ogura was arrested in February for alleged arson of his former wife's home in Nagoya. On Tuesday night, he escaped from the hospital where he was undergoing psychiatric tests.
