Trump Mourns Japan Rain Disaster Victims

Washington- U.S. President Donald Trump on Saturday paid tribute to people who died in flooding and mudslides caused by recent torrential rain in western Japan.
"Our prayers are with those affected by the flooding in Japan," he said on Twitter. "We commend the rescue efforts and offer condolences to all who were injured or lost loved ones," Trump also said.
The death toll from the rain disaster has topped 200, while some 20 others have been unaccounted for, according to a Jiji Press survey. Jiji Press
