10 pangolins recovered from suspected poacher in Palawan

Members of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Community Environment and Natural Resources Taytay rescue 10 pangolins from an alleged poacher in Taytay, Palawan on last October 19.
The suspected poacher is identified as Danilo Demular of Purok Masagana, Barangay Liminangcong.
He was arrested and brought to the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor after he was in possession of critically endangered species without a permit, a violation of RA 9147 or the Wildlife Act.
The pangolins were released to their natural habitat by the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS) Monday. DMS
