120 persons rounded up for allegedly violating QC ordinances: police

A total of 136 persons were accosted in Quezon City since Monday for allegedly violating ordinances and other laws, police said Tuesday.
Chief Superintendent Joselito Esquivel Jr., Quezon City Police District (QCPD) director, said 51 were minors “rescued” for violating the city's curfew ordinance.
The others were rounded up for drinking liquor in a public space, smoking in public, walking half-naked along the streets, urinating in public, littering and jaywalking.
The anti-crime operations began 5 a.m. Monday until ended 5 a.m. Tuesday. DMS
