April 25, 2018
Two policemen were arrested in an entrapment operation by the Counter Intelligence Task Force (CITF) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Pasay City on Tuesday afternoon.
In a report, CITF said the arrested police personnel were PO2 Jerry Adjani Jubail and PO1 Michael Mindevil Domalanta.
The two suspects were assigned at the Malibay police community precinct in Pasay City.
The suspects were arrested after they received marked money from the complainant discreetly accompanied by CITF operatives during the entrapment operation at the vicinity of M Dela Cruz St., Malibay, Pasay City around 4:15 pm.
“The entrapment operation was initiated after a complaint was lodged at CITF office that PNP personnel are collecting 300 to 500 pesos for every bus or van driver for them to be allowed to pick-up passengers at the illegal terminal in the area,” the report noted.
The arrested policemen were placed under the custody of CITF for documentation and eventual filing of case. Robina Asido/DMS
