21 San Jose employees tested positive for COVID-19 – Occ. Mindoro LGU

Some 21 employees from the local government of San Jose were tested positive for coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the Provincial Governor's Office (PGO) of Occidental Mindoro said on Saturday.
In a statement, the PGO said as of September 19, the Provincial Health Office recorded 84 local cases of COVID-19 where 21 new cases came from San Jose municipality.
The patients were composed of 12 women and nine men who are between 25 and 50 years old. While they have no travel history, they were exposed to someone who is a confirmed COVID-19. They underwent RT-PCR testing last September 16 and got their result last September 19.
The local government of San Jose said all the infected employees are now under quarantine while contact tracing has been ongoing to those who have exposure with them.
