244 new COVID-19 cases reported, total now 20, 626

Over 200 new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases were reported by the Department of Health (DOH) Friday.
There were 244 new COVID-19 cases were reported, bringing the total to P20, 626.
Out of the new cases, a total of 168 are considered as "fresh cases", which are test results given to patients within the last three days.
Seventy-six cases are "late cases", which are results released to patients after more than four days.
Three deaths were reported, raising the total number of deaths to 987.
Eighty-two recoveries were reported, resulting in a total of 4,330 persons who recovered from COVID-19. DMS
