3 dead as fast craft with 251 passengers sinks in Quezon: Coast Guard

Three were reported dead as a fast craft with 251 passengers on board sank in the vicinity of waters between Dinahican, Quezon and Polilio Island, the Coast Guard said Thursday.
Capt Armand Balilo, Coast Guard spokesman, told ANC Channel that three persons were reported dead but some passengers were rescued. He could not give details on this and why the vessel sank. DMS
