Alfonso fired successive shots to the undercover agent whofled to avoid being shot. Alfonso sprinted to Del Pilar street where he was cornered and was ordered to surrender but he opened fire at the operatives.

“An armed encounter resulted in the neutralization or death of the suspect,” Eleazar added

The suspect is also considered a high value target.

“We can say that, he is a courier and player. He is the trusted members of the group to deliver huge amount of shabu. In our daily operation, we cannot seized four kilograms (of shabu) so we can considered him as a high value target,” said Eleazar.
