Tiongson said Dosado was dismissed because of a complaint filed against him before the Ombudsman.
Dosado is also facing criminal charges before the Sandiganbayan over alleged violation of Republic act 7877 or the Anti-Sexual Harrasment Act of 1995.
“(He was dismissed) last year. All of his benefits were forfeited. Now his case on Sandiganbayan is ongoing but he was dismissed from service since last year,” he said.
Dosado allegedly committed the crime against female subordinates while he was the commanding officer of the Philippine Army Procurement Center on 2013.
