At least P2 million worth of shabu seized from Cavite barangay chairwoman

At least P2 million worth of shabu were confiscated from a barangay chairwoman and her cohort in Dasmarinas City, Cavite last Tuesday.
Colonel Marlon Santos, the Cavite police director, said the suspect, Papaladun Guinungco, 48, is ranked number four in their top 10 drug personalities.
Guinungco and her cohort were arrested in a buy-bust operation at Barangay Datu Esmael in Dasmarinas City.
Santos said a police officer acted as poseur buyer and was able to buy two pieces of medium transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu from the suspects which resulted in their arrest.
Confiscated from them were around 100 grams of shabu with street value of P2, 580, 000; drug paraphernalia, a caliber .45 pistol and bullets.
The evidence was brought to Cavite police headquarters for laboratory examination while criminal complaints will be filed against the suspects. Ella Dionisio/DMS
