Authorities nab woman selling P1.8 million worth of marijuana bricks in Kalinga

LA TRINIDAD, Benguet -- Anti-drug operatives and police arrested a woman during an entrapment operation at Purok 3, Tabuk City, Kalinga Friday.
Jovielyn Bayog, 33, sold 15 marijuana bricks valued at P1.8 million, to people who turned out to agents, said Cordillera police director Brig. Gen. RWin Pagkalinawan.
Pagkalinawan said Bayog, included in the “high value individuals” list of drug suspects in Kalinga, kept an identification card showing she was a member of Cordillera Peoples Liberation Army (CPLA) –Mailed Molina wing in La Trinidad.
Authorities said Bayog will face illegal drug cases. DMS
