Authorities seize around P3.4 million of illegal drugs in QC

Authorities seized around P3.4 million worth of illegal drugs in a buy-bust operation in Quezon City last Sunday.

PDEA NCR Regional Director Joel Plaza identified the suspect as Mary Ann Francisco, 33.

Plaza said Francisco was arrested after transacting from a poseur buyer in a joint operation at  the Araneta Center around 8pm.

“The suspect agreed and contacted an undercover agent to sell those illegal drugs along the parking lot of Cubao Expo,” he said.

Recovered from the suspect was one transparent plastic bag of suspected shabu weighing around 500 grams with standard drug price of P3.4 million.
