Baguio reports first COVID-19 case in 13 days

BAGUIO CITY- After 13 days, Baguio reported its first coronavirus disease 2019 ( COVID-19) case on Good Friday after a 46-year-old street sweeper tested positive.
Mayor Benjamin Magalong said the patient was rapid -tested on April 7 with a positive result on April 8.
After a throat swab on April 9, the result released on April 10 confirmed she was infected with COVID-19.
Authorities are trying to find out the persons she came into contact.
Baguio has 15 confirmed COVID-19 cases with one death. DMS
