Boatman appears in court for allegedly raping two Slovakian tourists

A boatman underwent preliminary hearing at a court on Monday after allegedly raping two Slovakian women tourists in El Nido, Palawan last week.
Romulo Arnosa, 30 was charged with rape and attempted rape by El Nido police.
Chief Inspector Rodel Lota, head of El Nido police, said the alleged rape took place as the boyfriends of the two women were not around at Cadlao Island, where they went camping.
The victims reported the incident to police, leading to the suspect's quick arrest. DMS
