Boy said to be with Arnaiz found dead in Gapan

The body of a 14-year-old boy said to be the companion of Carl Angelo Arnaiz the night before he died in a police operation in Caloocan was found in Gapan, Nueva Ecija on Wednesday.
Reynaldo de Guzman, 14, was found in the Kinamatayang Kabayo creek, Purok Gitna San Roque in Gapan at 11:50 am on Tuesday, a police officer in Gapan said in a telephone interview with the Daily Manila Shimbun. The police officer did not give her name.
Police identified the body as that of de Guzman, the police officer said.
De Guzman was said to be with Arnaiz the night before the latter was shot by police officers after allegedly robbing a taxi driver on August 18.
De Guzman was found with a tape on his face and had 31 stab wounds in the upper part of his body, the police officer said.
The police officer said the boy was wearing an orange shirt and has a big wart in his left knee.
