Cops arrest one of the hecklers in Duterte speech

Police arrested one of the militants who heckled President Rodrigo Duterte during his speech at the 120th Independence Day celebration in Kawit, Cavite Tuesday.
Senior Superintendent William Segun, Cavite provincial police director, said arrested was Francis Couichie, 20, a resident of Sta. Rosa City, Laguna and member of Bayan Southern Tagalog.
Segun said Couichie and nine other members of the militant group joined the protest while Duterte was speaking at the Aguinaldo Shrine in Barangay Kaingen at around 9 a.m.
Segun said Couichie and his companions caused a disturbance when they cried “Huwad na Kalayaan” during Duterte's speech.
Policemen arrested Couichie but his other companions escaped. Taken from him was a placard with the words “Kapayapaan para sa lahat at lahat para sa Kapayapaan Bayan ST.”
The suspect was brought to the Kawit municipal police station where he is facing a complaint for disturbance in violation of Article 315 of the Revised Penal Code. DMS
