Cops nab 2 suspects; seize P2-M “shabu” in Quezon City buy-bust

The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) on Saturday seized more than P2 million worth of illegal drugs from two alleged drug suspects in Novaliches, Quezon.
QCPD Director Police Brigadier General Ronni Montejo said the operation was conducted around 10:15pm inside an apartelle after they received a report of the suspects' illegal drugs activities despite the ongoing enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).
The suspects were arrested after selling P35,000-worth of illegal drugs or "shabu" to a police poseur-buyer.
Confiscated were 325 grams of shabu with estimated value of P2,210,00.
Montejo said one of the suspects has previous cases of frustrated murder and illegal drugs.
The suspects will be charged with violation of The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. Ella Dionisio/DMS
