COVID-19 cases up 214, total now 12, 305

The Department of Health (DOH) on Saturday reported 214 new cases of coronavirus disease 2019, bringing the total to 12,305.
The National Capital Region, which is now under modified enhanced community quarantine until May 31, accounted for 147 of the new cases. Other regions, which the DOH did not specify, reported 67 cases.
Many patients continued to recover from COVID-19, with 101 listed to bring the tally to 2,561.
There were 11 deaths recorded, raising the aggregate to 817. DMS
