Daughter of ex CPP spokesman ”Ka Roger” among five killed in Palawan clash

The military confirmed that one of the five New People's Army (NPA) who were killed in a clash in Palawan on Thursday is the daughter of former Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) spokesman Gregorio "Ka Roger" Rosal.
Brig. Gen. Nestor Herico, 3rd Marine Brigade commander, identified the daughter of Ka Roger as Andrea Rosal or alias Naya, deputy secretary of the Southern Tagalog Regional Party Committee.
The other fatalities were identified as alias Pandan, alias Jay-R, alias Celnon and Bonifacio Magramo alias Boywan, secretary of Unit 4E Southern Tagalog Regional Party Committee.
The clash occurred at the vicinity of Brgy. Mainit, Brooke's Point, Palawan resulted in the death of a soldier.
