DOH reports 1,047 new COVID-19 cases

The Department of Health (DOH) reported 1,047 new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases on Wednesday, raising total cases to 480, 737.
Twenty six persons died from COVID-19, bringing total deaths to 9,347.
Davao City had the day's highest cases with 79 followed by Quezon City with 58. Laguna came next with 55 and Bulacan and Cagayan de Oro had 40 each.
There were 339 persons who got well, placing total recoveries from COVID-19 to 448,700. DMS
