DOH reports 522 new COVID-19 cases, total at 18,638

Over 500 new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases were reported by the Department of Health Monday.
In its latest report, the DOH said 552 new COVID-19 cases were reported on Monday as of 4 pm.
This brings the country's total to 18,638 cases, said the DOH.
A total of 119 are considered as "fresh cases" while 433 are '' late cases.''
"Fresh cases" are test results released to patient within last three days. "Late cases" are test results released to patient after more than four days.
Three deaths were recorded, raising the total to 960.
Seventy recovered from COVID-19,bringing total recoveries to 3,979. DMS
