Duterte cancels televised address

President Rodrigo Duterte has cancelled his televised address at 3pm Tuesday, Malacanang Palace said.
Instead, the updated sked of Duterte's appointments shows a tete-a-tete with Presidential Legal Adviser Sal Panelo at 3:15 pm. No reason has been given why the much-awaited address of Duterte has been cancelled. DMS
