Duterte meets Misuari in Davao

President Rodrigo Duterte met Moro National Liberation Front founder Nur Misuari in Davao City on Monday.

The Presidential Photographers Division released copies of photos of Duterte and Misuari meeting held at the Active Lifestyle Center in Matina, Davao City.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque could not give details of the meeting between the two.

"I was not privy and probably covered by executive privilege," he said when asked of the agenda of the meeting.

Since Duterte assumed office in 2016, he had met Misuari for several times already.

Also present in the meeting were Presidential Adviser on the Peace Proces Carlito Galvez Jr. and Senator Christopher "Bong" Go. Celerina Monte/DMS
