Duterte’s September performance, trust ratings down double-digits: Pulse Asia

President Rodrigo Duterte's performance and trust ratings fell by double-digits on Tuesday, according to the latest survey by Pulse Asia.
In its survey, taken September 1-7, Duterte's performance ratings fell 13 percentage points to 70 percent and trust ratings by 15 percentage points to 72 percent.
Vice President Leni Robredo's performance ratings fell one percentage point to 61 percent while her trust ratings remained at 56 percent.
During the survey period, Duterte issued a proclamation invalidating the amnesty granted to Senator Antonio Trillanes, high rice prices and shortage of the staple in some areas, approval on second reading of the second part of a tax reform package, the high inflation rate and the weak peso-dollar exchange rate.
