Fishball vendor nabbed for harassing Bersamin’s son, daughter-in-law

Supreme Court Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin’s son and daughter-in-law were allegedly harassed by a fishball vendor in Makati City Saturday afternoon.
In a police report from Makati City Police Station,Lucas Bersamin Jr, 37 years old, came to rescue his wife, Bianca Bersamin, who was in distress after a street vendor all of a sudden shouted at her while she was walking home along Malugay St., in Bel-Air at around 4pm.
The suspect identified as Conrado Bingco, 38, allegedly tried to pull something from his waist after having an argument with Bersamin prompting the victim to seek assistance from nearby duty policemen and Bantay Bayan. The suspect was arrested.
Bingco was brought to the police station’s Detention Facility Unit and was charged for unjust vexation and threat. Ella Dionisio/DMS
