Four NCR cities top source of new COVID-19 cases

The Department of Health ( DOH) said Friday 1,841 new coronavirus disease ( COVID-19) were reported, bringing the total to 63, 001.
Out of the new cases, four of the top five cities were from the National Capitol Region. Manila led with 441, Quezon City 140, Mandaluyong 96 and Navotas, which is under a two-week lockdown, at 86.
Active cases reached 39, 593, with 90.3 percent of these mild.
Seventeen deaths were reported, bringing the total to 1,660.
There were 311 patients who recovered from COVID-19, resulting in 21, 748. DMS
