Gamboa orders reorganization in NCRPO, minor changes in Crame units

The chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) has ordered a reorganization in the leadership of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) and minor revamp in Camp Crame-based units.

Police General Archie Francisco Gamboa named Police Brig. General Florencio Ortilla as the deputy regional director for operations, the third highest post in the NCRPO along with Police Col. Rommel Bernardo Cabagnot, now acting chief of regional staff of NCRPO effective August 24.

In Camp Crame, the Directorate for Integrated Police Operations – Northern Luzon has two new ranking officials. They are Police Brig. General Oliver Enmodias as its deputy director and Police Col. Arthur Cabalona, the acting executive officer.

Both new DIPO-NL officials will assume their posts on August 27.

Last August 19, Gamboa formalized the promotion of Police Major General Ferdinand Divina, director for intelligence; and Police Major General Marne Marcos Jr., director for comptrollership to the two-star rank.

Other reassigned officials effective last Monday were Police Col. Allan Nobleza from NCRPO to Highway Patrol Group, Police Col. Rolly Octavio from Police Regional Office 12 to NCRPO, Police Col.Eduardo Abaday from Directorate for Intelligence to Police Community Affairs and Development Group (PCADG), Police Col. Ulysses Cruz from PCADG to DIPO, Southern Luzon; Police Col. Francisco Dungo Jr from Police Regional Office 1 to Logistics Support Service (LSS), and Police Col. Reynaldo Padulla from LSS to DIPO, Visayas.  Ella Dionisio/DMS
