Indian, 3 alleged drug traffickers caught

BAGUIO CITY – An Indian national and three alleged drug traffickers were caught in separate sting operations Thursday night. Indian Kumar Lakhvir, temporarily living at Barangay San Luis, was caught at Barangay Padre Zamora selling two plastic sachets of shabu to an undercover agent of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Cordillera. At Purok 2, Barangay Pinsao Pilot, two members of a local drug group with their female cohort were trapped by PDEA and policemen when they sold a sachet of shabu pegged to reach P17,000.00 to another agent. Akiya Lugarez Velasco, 20, and 24-year old Christ John Marisga Quitoriano were taken to the Baguio City jail with Kimberly Dalusong Felix. All four, said PDEA-Cordillera director Edgar Apalla are facing drug cases. DMS
