Live-in partner of soldier dies in military camp

BAGUIO CITY -- The live-in partner of a soldier, who is assigned at the Civil Relations Service stationed at Camp Henry Allen died following a scuffle at the kitchen Sunday morning.

Technical Sergeant Louie Balanay was cooking at the kitchen around 9am Sunday when his live-in partner Shaena Marie de Asis Fabroa approached and pointed a caliber 45 pistol at him, accusing Balanay of having another family in Tarlac.

The CRS’ headquarters is located at Camp Aquino in Tarlac, also headquarters of the Northern Luzon Command. It has an office inside Camp Allen.

Balanay and Fabroa struggled to get possession of the gun, which went off hitting Fabroa on the head killing her.

Policemen took Balanay for questioning. DMS
