Metro Pacific tollway unit submits unsolicited proposal to cnnect Manila-Cavite Expressway to Sangley Point

The tollway unit of Metro Pacific Investments Corp. has submitted an unsolicited proposal to the government to build an expressway connecting the Manila-Cavite Expressway to Sangley Point in Cavite City.
Cavitex Holdings Inc, owned by MPIC last July 3 submitted a letter of intent to build Cavitex-Sangley Extension Project.
The project aims to connect the Kawit Interchange of Cavitex to Sangley Point of Cavite City and neighboring provinces of Laguna and Batangas including Metro Manila via a reclaimed road and viaduct totaling 4.63 kilometers.
Cavitex is a a 14-kilometer-long toll expressway linking Manila to the southern province of Cavite.
MPCALA Holdings Inc., a unit of MPIC also submitted an unsolicited proposal to build Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway, a 46-kilometer road worth P25 billion.
The project aims to link Cavite Expressway and Cavite Laguna Expressway at Silang, Cavite to Tagaytay City and will terminate at Nasugbu, Batangas.
The company is constructing the P35 billon Cavite Laguna Expressway, a four-lane, 47-kilometer closed-system toll expressway connecting Cavitex and South Luzon Expressway. DMS
