Motorcycle rider dead in Batangas accident

A motorcycle rider died in a vehicular accident in the province of Batangas on Wednesday morning.

Chief Supt. Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar, Police Regional Office 4-A director, identified the victim as Cesar Hernandez.

Hernandez was riding a motorcycle when a tricycle accidentally hit him in the vicinity of Brgy. Munlawin, Alitagtag town at around 8:30am.

The victim suffered serious physical injury and he expired in a hospital in Cuenca, Batangas while being treated.

Eleazar said the tricycle driver is now under the custody of Alitagtag Municipal Police Station for further investigation and proper disposition. Robina Asido/DMS
