New COVID-19 cases down for 2nd day

New coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases fell for the second day to 1, 173 on Tuesday, raising total cases to 516, 166, the Department of Health (DOH) said.
On Monday, new cases came in at 1,581 after 1,949 cases were reported on Sunday.
Ninety four persons died, raising total fatalities to 10, 386.
Cebu City, with 84, topped the list of local government units new COVID-19 cases. Davao City was second with 67, followed by Cavite with 51, Quezon City 47 and Rizal Province with 41.
Eighteen persons recovered from COVID-19, which brought total recoveries to 476, 423. DMS
