New COVID-19 cases surpass 10,000

New COVID-19 cases have breached the 10,000 mark, the Department of Health (DOH) said Wednesday.
With 320 new cases, the total is now 10,004, the DOH said. Fifty-six percent, or 179, came from the National Capitol Region while 31 percent, or 98, came from Central Visayas.
Recoveries were at 1,506 after 98 patients recovered from the disease. There were 21 deaths, raising the total to 658. DMS
