New COVID-19 cases total 1,148

The Department of Health (DOH) reported 1,148 new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Tuesday, bringing total cases to 410, 718.
Active cases were 28,313 out of which 83.6 percent were mild. Asymptomatic cases were 8.2 percent, critical 5.1 percent, severe 2.9 percent and 0.22 percent moderate.
Twenty-three persons died from COVID-19, raising total deaths to 7,862.
There were 186 persons who overcame COVID-19, which placed total recoveries at 374, 543. DMS
