New COVID-19 cases up for 2nd day

New coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases rose for the second straight day as the Department of Health (DOH) reported 1,353 cases on Thursday.
On Wednesday , new cases were at 1,047. This brought total cases to 482, 083.
Rizal Province had the most COVID-19 cases with 63 followed by Laguna's 62. Marikina followed with 60, Quezon City 58 and Davao City 54.
Nine persons died from COVID-19, putting total fatalities at 9, 356.
There were 360 persons who overcame COVID-19, which pushed total recoveries at 449, 052. DMS
