No mobile telecom services in QC from 3pm to 7 pm: NTC

The National Telecommunications Commission said Monday there will be a "temporary loss of mobile telecom services" from 3 pm to 7 pm in Quezon City and neighboring areas during the State of the Nation Address of President Rodrigo Duterte.
Duterte is set to deliver his third State of the Nation Address before a joint session of Congress at the House of Representatives at 3:30 pm. DMS
