”Ofel” moving west-northwest over inland seas of Southern Luzon

Tropical Depression ''Ofel'' maintained its strength as it moved west-northwest over the inland seas of Southern Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) Wednesday.
''Ofel'', which was moving at 15 kilometers per hour, was located 125 kilometers west of Juban, Sorsogon, or 70 km per hour east-northwest of Romblon, Romblon as of 4 pm.
It had winds of up to 45 km per hour and gusts of up to 55 km per hours.
Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal Number one was raised over Batangas, Laguna, Quezon, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay and Masbate. DMS
