One MRT-3 depot personnel positive for COVID-19

One more depot personnel tested positive for the coronavirus disease ( COVID-19) on Wednesday evening, bringing the total number of infected personnel to 203.

The Department of Transportation temporarily stopped operation of the MRT-3 line from Tuesday to Saturday to test its personnel and disinfect its areas following surge in COVID-19 cases.

On Thursday, MRT-3 began deploying its buses at 4 am instead of 5:30 am to reduce the long lines of commuters going to their places of work. DMS
