Philippines filed diplomatic protest over ”swarming” of Chinese ships

The Department of Foreign Affairs ( DFA) filed a diplomatic protest over China’s recent “swarming” activities in the the West Philippine Sea.
Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. on Wednesday said in his Twitter account: “Diplomatic protest fired off.” He did not say when the protest was filed.
National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon said an inter-agency task force recommended filing a diplomatic protest. DMS
