The police commander who led nine other cops involved in an incident of mistaken encounter in Mandaluyong where two were killed appeared on Wednesday at the National Capitol Region Police Office in Taguig City.

Then, she reported to the Eastern Police District where she was placed under restrictive custody at the Mandaluyong Police Station.
A watchman of Barangay Addition Hills, Gilberto Gulpo, who joined two others in going after the white van carrying the victim of an earlier shooting incident at a construction site, is still missing.
The barangay watchmen who pursued the van were reported to be armed and shooting at the white van.
The watchmen also told Vasquez's team that, according to the construction workers, the gunman was in the van. Thus, the policemen fired at the van until it halted. A woman and man were found dead inside the vehicle.
Police have filed charges of double homicide and double frustrated homicide against the ten policemen, four civilians and two barangay watchmen. DMS
